Green is Good Smoothie

A drink recipe for postpartum from a postpartum parent.

Handful of Spinach

1/2 Avocado

1/2 Mango

1/2 Teaspoon of Spirulina

1/2 Teaspoon of Chlorella

Squeeze of lemon

3/4 glass of Apple Juice/Water

Add liquid to blender & then the rest of the ingredients. Blend until desired consistency then serve.

Tip: Pre-Chop ingredients, portion & freeze into bags. Then you have a go to smoothie already done just throw into blender & add juice/water.
